The home can be offered largely furnished, although not exactly as shown in the photos.
Solar electric, wifi, water/sewer, lawn mowing and snowplowing are included. Tenants are responsible for propane for heat, hot water and cooking. Driveway parking for up to two cars is included and electric car charging can also be arranged.
Enjoy views of Camels Hump, the Adirondacks and the La Platte River from this East Charlotte home, only 20 minutes from Burlington, and 10 minutes to both Shelburne and Hinesburg.
