Beautiful updated home in nice Gurnee neighborhood. Plenty of shopping & Entertainment nearby. 5 minutes from Gurnee Mills, and Six Flags. 15 minutes from the Navy Base. Fountain Square Walmart, Casino, etc. (less than 5 minutes away) 5 minutes away from 94 or 41. The house actually has more updates not pictured. The house is now Navy Blue, and is no longer carpeted. New stamped concrete in yard outside the back door. Huge Firepit Area. Full fenced in yard. Huge Gazebo with 2 year old Hot Tub. Solar Panels will provide much lower electric bills. I do have a car charger already wired in that can be negotiated to leave installed. There is a large unfinished sub basement with washer/dryer (plenty of storage, etc.

There is a VERY LARGE DRIVEWAY which is great if you have many vehicles/trailers.
