Smoking is permitted outside the house and 50ft away from Unit B. Tenant shall not engage in illegal activity, create excessive noise, or interfere with the quiet enjoyment of neighboring residents.

Landlord may enter the property with notice as required by applicable law, except in emergencies or other circumstances permitted by law.

Any late fees, returned-payment fees, renewal terms, move-out requirements, parking rules, maintenance obligations, and other conditions shall be governed by the complete written lease agreement. Changes to the lease must be made in writing and signed by both parties.

It's 5 or 10 minutes to get downtown and 15 or 20 minutes to the valley depending on where you're going. It is really nice being close to the Altamont and Freya freeway entrances to hop on the freeway and get somewhere quick. "
