"I have lived here since 1991, do not buy any property in this area, so many sinkhole properties, this use to be a landfill."

"Pay the big bucks and get very little in return. The owners\managers at this community only care about taking care of the liabilities and nothing else. Forget about your safety, comfort, and standards of living at this complex. The pool is nasty with all kinds of bugs and creators in it as well as algea on the walls... The parking is a disaster. It is very unsafe and just about anyone can get in and park wherever. And the management feels that they can get in at any time they please. They post notes on doors less than 24 hours prior to doing their inspections which happen far too often expecting you to cage your pets and hide your valuables. These people are the last to talk about luxury housing!!"
