THIS COTTAGE IS ONLY AVAILABLE FURNISHED. Good for mid-term rentals.

Utilities are included (water, electricity, heat, trash, internet.) Renter is responsible for mowing/yard maintenance and snow shoveling. No smoking on premises. No vaping indoors. Dogs are permitted (no cats, sorry, allergies.) $1200 refundable deposit; $300 non-refundable pet fee; $40 background/credit check fee.
