"This place is a dump. A homeless camp is always popping up and thriving two streets away. You call the city, it takes three months to get the camp cleaned up then two weeks later, it’s back in full swing. The potholes on my street messed up my alignment in my car. They keep getting bigger and bigger. The school down the street is full of trash from the students and I’ve found discarded drug paraphernalia such as needles, drug baggies, and crack pipes. "

"There is a park nearby but it is frequently visited by some less desirable people. Drugs being used and/or exchanged. If I were a young family I wouldn’t let my kids play there (empty syringes etc.). "

"there are some really good neighborhoods in Vallejo, but there are also some strung out, questionable people roaming the streets. I have a big dog, so I feel ok walking around the historic district. my neighbors are great and we look out for each other."
