"Great neighborhood to raise kids and feel safe and secure. My street is a Crescent so people don’t usually drive down it unless they live on street. Two of my neighbors are officers so feel safe. I can’t remember the last time I locked my vehicle"

"Retirement community. Rivers fishing hunting home of James Avery and H-E-B. Also a lot of drug and alcohol rehabs locates here. Rich retired people live here and lower class people take care of them. Kerrville folk fest is every year where a bunch of old hippies show up and it smells like mahogany and refer during that week "

"HOA out in the country. Great subdivision to raise a family. We have plenty of space and have gorgeous view of stars. It’s nice not to be in your backyard and constantly see neighbors. We love the rustic and plan to grow old here"
