Failure to comply with Lease terms, including nonpayment of rent, unauthorized occupants, pets, or parking violations, constitutes default and may result in termination pursuant to Florida law.

End of Lease

Upon expiration or termination, Tenant shall vacate the Premises and return possession in clean condition, subject to inspection and applicable charges.
