Rent includes use of HUGE 24x24 story garage. The neighbors are great and the neighborhood is well-established (great place for jogging). Convenient access to Peninsula Town Center, Langley Air Force Base, NASA and I-64. Schools are Kraft Elementary, Tarrant Middle and Bethel High. Playground less than 1/2 mile away. Very Military Friendly - we were also a military family. Discounts for tenant taking care of any small repairs that may come up or signing multi-year lease.
