The following Tenant Selection Criteria will be used to approve or deny your application:
Income and Employment:

Rental History:
Verifiable current and previous rental history in good standing with the landlord. No evictions or outstanding balances.
Credit History:
A credit report will be obtained. Scores 600+ preferred. Scores below 600 may require a higher deposit.
Criminal History:
A criminal background check will be performed. Landlord's decision to lease to you may be influenced by the information contained in the report. Sex Offender Crimes will be denied.
Property Acceptance:
Prospective tenants are accepting property on an As-Is condition. However, requests for changes to the property may be submitted in writing with the application.
Integrity of Data:
Unverifiable, Incomplete, and/or inaccurate applications may be denied.
- Security deposit and signed lease are due within 48 hours of application acceptance.
- Landlord's decision to lease may be influenced by any information collected.
- Applications will be accepted until a tenant is approved. Landlord reserves the right to choose the most qualified applicant.
The Fair Housing Act prohibits discrimination in housing because of race, color, religion, sex, disability, familial status, or national origin.
