About this House

Nine blocks from the center of Durango but still off the beaten path and very private. A community feeling. One block from the Horse Gulch Mt bike park. The apartment is on the top 2 floors of the building with great views of Durango and the surrounding mountains. The kitchen living space is on the first floor bedroom and bath is on the second floor. Of the apartment.

One year agreement. Maybe canceled with one month notice. Agreement must canceled on the last day of the month to move out on the last day of next month. This allows for the next renter to move in on the first. The deposit is not the last month rent. It will be returned at the end of the last month. $200 cleaning fee is charged at the beginning and when we kept for professional cleaning at the end of the agreement. Renters insurance is required. It can easily be added to your Auto insurance for a nominal fee.
