6/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageOutstanding Leadership by Mrs. Luna and Mr. Eldridge. Their Commitment to out children's education and well being is top priority. School spirit and parental involvement is the best I have ever experienced. The PTA Is composed of such Smart and dedicated Volunteers, that are funding so many superb events and really impacting the kids in a positive direction. My son completed 6th grade there a couple of years ago and my daughter is now enrolled in the Dual emerge program. 8/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI previously attended this school (2018-2022). I'm not sure why some of these reviews talk about dress codes or gangs, when I was attending I didn't see any gangs or unruly displays. Everyone at the school seems to be friendly and I never had any issues with other classmates. There's a lot of diversity there and loads of clubs to choose from if socializing is your style.The science teachers enjoy teaching their material and know it well. Most will allow curiosity in the classroom and I appreciate the hands-on learning. The math teachers might need some work, I have had one math teacher that was the perfect fit for me in terms of learning strategy, and another who did their best to help her students understand the material in class. Though one math teacher didn't seem passionate or slightly interested in students' questions or forming a connection.The language arts teachers are great. They really try to engage the students and will form connections with students.
