    "a lot of dog owners let their dogs out with leash, but not all. many are good about leashing animals, so I would say close to 50%, and that is subjective to my block area. I would advise you only let out on leash. I have seen foxes and cayotes out at dawn / dusk. so it is a dangerous environment for leash less pets"

We are a fully self contained city including water dept with 2 wells for just our city. Clubhouse with restaurant and bar along with cart rental, driving range, putting course, 27 hole golf course and swimming pool with pool house make up the great advantages of living in Panorama Village."
