One of the windows in the living room is in a door which leads to the private yard with a brick walkway and deck. The yard is large and surrounded by a six-feet fence for privacy and keeping those little persons from escaping if necessary. At the rear of the fence is a gate leading to your parking place close to the unit and under cover

Upstairs you have two large bedrooms. One has two closets and faces the garden. This bedroom is capable of acting as a laundry with washer & dryer hook-ups in one closet AND there is a commercial laundry 100 yards away! The hook-ups are rather rare in this development and are full-sized - not just for tiny stacked units. If you want to rent a washer of dryer, we have them available for as little as $50 per month - contrast that to Aaron's at $60 per week per item! We aim to please..............

The second bedroom supplies lovely views over the park immediately opposite. It has wood flooring, and a closet with mirror doors for personal grooming. This bedroom is next to the bathroom which again - you guessed it - has new Italian tiling, along with a re-tiled bath surround completed recently. The toilet is a long-nosed Kohler offering superb comfort to one and all - no cheap and nasty small puppy here . The room also has a fan to eliminate odours - and this again is rare in these units, as well as a bright vanity light and wood cabinetry.

There are no neighbours above or below but next to you on each side behind insulated walls to again, eliminate noise. As regards the location, it is very close to a major shopping centre, and the unit provides easy-living by access to all freeways such as 880 and 37. With 884 square feet the home combines space, convenience and value in a well-kept condo development. The park has is open 24 hrs a day and has a kids' play area and all kinds of basketball and other areas for family enjoyment.

Water and sewage supply are paid for by the owner, which saves you at least $150 per month.

The owner welcomes those of us who have had the misfortune to be obliged to move as a result of foreclosure and those of us lucky enough to be on Section 8.
