- Living room with hard wood floor and natural light.
- Bathroom with tile floor and full shower/tub.
- Bedrooms with closets.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS:
- One off-street parking space included.
- Washer/Dryer hookups in unit.
- Heat and hot water included (tenant pays electricity).
- Cats are allowed with $25 per month pet fee.
- No dogs, no exceptions!!

- Available Mid August!
- $1775 first month's rent + $1675 security deposit = $3450 cashier check or money order required up front.

    "8 years great place to live and lots of kids to grow up with. Also pet friendly and good restaurants and shops. Parades in fall and winter. City work is clean and quick and they are responsive. "

    "Nice walkways, 1-2 mile walk with sidewalks are common in our community. Drivers are courteous and yield to dog walkers. It’s a nice walk… especially in the fall when the leaves are turning color, there are maple as and oaks and ginkgo trees that are a spectacle of color. Very enjoyable."

    "I’ve lived here for a year my neighbors are great for the most part and the streets are quite . My landlord is my neighbor no issues . Down fall is there is a public park on a dead end street. Questionable people always show up late at night but the police patrol the area great. "
