All the homes in this neighborhood are well cared for and there has recently been a turnover from more elderly people living there to professional, young and middle-aged couples. There are some families in the neighborhood, but most send their kids to private schools. Davis Ave, the street the home faces, is very quiet, but Western Ave. can get busy at times. "
