The building overlooks the water out into beautiful Greenwich Bay.

This unit is located on the first floor, positioned on the back side of the building. It offers limited views of the water from the main bedroom and living room window.

Featuring a tiled kitchen, recently renovated bathroom (2022), and spacious bedrooms, this unit offers 736 square feet of cozy living space. The shower was redesigned to a walk-in stand up partial glass enclosure for ease of access.

Laundry is shared, but the laundry room shares a wall with this unit and is just steps away from the door. All appliances are in good working order, and include a refrigerator, oven/range, microwave, and full-sized dishwasher. The kitchen is spacious and offers plenty of cabinet storage.

The heating system is electric, and the unit does offer air conditioning. Cable and electricity are the only two utilities not included in the monthly rental payment. Snow removal, landscaping, and rubbish services are all paid through the condo association.

Each unit has one assigned parking space in a private, off-street lot overlooking the water. There is ample room for a second vehicle if need be.

Per Bay Breeze rules and regulations, small and well-mannered domestic pets may be allowed at the discretion of the property owner. A "pet fee" may be requested in addition to the monthly rent.

This condo also comes with a large assigned storage unit, which is located in the laundry room.

All inquiries accompanied by complete and accurate applications will be considered, and the property owner complies with all state and federal fair housing laws. Please note that this is a sub-level unit, and there is a half-flight of stairs leading down to it. There are currently no elevators or special accommodations for those with limited mobility or disabilities installed within the building.
