Downstairs is a large living room, a half bath, the dine-in kitchen, and the laundry hookups. The fireplace is non-functioning and sealed off. There is plenty of yard too just off the patio, allowing you to enjoy the outdoors. Just minutes to I-24 for a convenient morning commute, located in between Hwy 99 & Hwy 231 just west of the interstate. Convenient to the historic square, MTSU, shopping, and dining. Rent payments, security deposits, maintenance and repair requests, are submitted to the property owner. Contact information provided at lease signing.

The lease term is for 12 months and the tenant is responsible for utilities, electric, water, internet, etc. The security deposit is the same as one month's rent and due at the time of your acceptance to hold the unit until your move-in date. First month's rent due at time of key exchange. Trash service is part of the water service and lawncare is provided by the property owner. No pets, no smoking inside the property, butts must be disposed of in a receptacle, not in the yard or street. Tenant responsible for repairs under $50 and monthly replacement of air filters. Repairs caused by tenant negligence will be back-charged to the tenant. The owner provides quarterly exterior pest control, seasonal HVAC maintenance, and lawncare.
