Property info is wrong. This is not a "room for rent." This is a private, upstairs living space that includes all but 1 locked storage bedroom upstairs. There IS a private bath. I am not able to fix this for some reason. You will be the only person living in the house.

The owner retains the entire downstairs, including the workshop (hobby area) and rehearsal room for occasional use, but will rarely be at the property while you are there. You will be the only person living in the rental no roommates or other residents.

 OPTIONAL PRIVATE REHEARSAL ROOM +$300/MONTH
Musicians can add use of the private downstairs rehearsal room for a total of $1,550/month.

The room includes a PA, microphones, stands, drum kit and other basic rehearsal equipment. Bring your own gear and leave it set up during your stay. No trying to schedule rehearsals or moving equipment back and forth.
