"plenty of horseback riding , dirt bike trails and jumps 20 minutes to wrightwood for skiing in the winter the town of Phelan does trunk or treat for the kids and Phelan fun days car shows , we have a great library that does movies and story time the Schools are great too many things to list that make our town amazing!
