    "I have lived in our home on Foxridge Way for over 20 years - we bought the house while under construction. The neighborhood has always been an up-scale executive-type community. The area is extremely family-friendly and all neighbors have created a tight-knit community. When we moved here from So.Cal. I wanted country property but couldn't find what we wanted in our price range. The Foxridge area - originally Blue Ridge Estates - turned out to be a wonderful alternative. We have watched many families grow up here and as "empty-nesters" will be moving in a year or two. But we will have wonderful memories of raising our family in a lovely neighborhood. The price at 4037 does not truly represent home prices in this area as it was a foreclosure. "
