No bad credit (minimum score of 625), no bankruptcies, nor evictions.

Tenants are responsible for all utilities, ie water, sewer, gas, electric, etc. No animals are allowed to be kept in or about the Property without the revocable written permission of the Landlord. If allowed, there will be a non-refundable pet deposit. There will be absolutely no smoking or vaping allowed on the property. Tenants are responsible for maintaining the property and landscaping. The term of the Lease is a periodic tenancy and continues on a year-to-year basis until the Landlord or the Tenant terminates the tenancy. Commutes out of town can take a long time, but they are near completion on many new roads and improvements for travel.
