The property is on a quiet lot in a beautiful, walkable neighborhood and is only 5 minutes from downtown. It sits next to White Oak Park and the Stringers Ridge Connector trail. The Landlord lives close by and is readily available and attentive to tenant needs. Showing by appointment only. Pets considered on a case by case basis. Front yard is fenced and is shared by other tenant. Two off street parking places available. Additional $50/month from April to November covers all lawn care and leaf removal. Available July 1st. There is an extra $50 per month lawn/leaf maintenance fee from April until November. Tenant pays all utilities.
