Staffing specialist provided false information, teacher threatened to sent child to nurses office for taking to long in bathroom then claimed child unable to use bathroom or clean himself when he started to rush to avoid her punishment. Staff seemed to be bias and over the course of the year my kindergartener went from loving school to begging not to go, multiple requests to change teachers were not granted, staff said child was happy and needed no special services, determined no learning disabilities and needed no child find evaluations in same conversations saying how kindergartener refused to do any work and was unable to respond on topic in class. At school he regularly help ears and complained about noise, crying and having math test scores decline 10% from 1st to 2nd testing of kindergarten. He did have ADHD but staff without eval determined he had no learning disability. Bullying was constant concern too that went unaddressed cuz per staff kids hear that term so just claim it falsely.
