Come see this 2 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom 2 story townhome in the peaceful town of Kannapolis. This end unit has been completely updated with durable LVP flooring and neutral paint. The main level has a living room and dining area flowing together, half bathroom and kitchen. The kitchen has been updated with granite countertops, updated appliances and a washer/dryer for tenant use.* Upstairs you'll find two good size bedrooms and a full bathroom. Outside there is a rear patio and storage closet. Lawncare is included! Just a short drive from downtown Kannapolis with local restaurants, shopping and the Cannonballers Ballpark!

*The washer and dryer are being provided for tenant use, but if they break, it will be the tenant's responsibility to repair, or replace. If replaced, the tenant can take that appliance with them when they leave.*

NO SECTION 8. Small pets accepted on case by case basis. No smoking inside. Deposit starting at $1,195 (pending strength of application). Each adult applicant 18yrs and older living in home will be required to submit a separate application online and pay a non refundable $65 application fee.

    "I love Kannapolis. I moved here to get away from the craziness of Charlotte and it's been great. Everyone is usually friendly around my neighborhood and I know most of my neighbors. It's quiet at night and there's not much light pollution. Kids are always playing outside and there's a dog in every yard. There's a plethora of parks to choose from around here and the neighborhoods have sidewalks. The only real downsides are loose dogs running around and hanging about in the road. Some yards are also not well maintained and have lots of trash etc. Lots of dilapidated and abandoned buildings. "
