The house is located in the southern part of St. Augustine, off Wildwood Drive, one mile from Publix at Moultrie Square.
Rental fees include electricity, water, high-speed internet, pest control, and lawn maintenance.
Published rental fees are for 1-month minimum stays and will be adjusted for longer stays (as of now it will be available 7/07 until 1/02/2026
Smoking indoors, drugs, and parties/events are strictly prohibited. All guests must be accounted for on guest list. Visitors who are not on the guest list are not permitted on the property without prior approval of the host. Quiet time after 9:00 pm - please respect our neighbors.
Pets are allowed on a case-by-case basis. Pets must be approved by host prior to finalizing reservation. Pets must be crated when not under direct supervision. Pets are to be cleaned up by owner (inside and outside) by checkout. Pet owner is financially responsible in case of any damage to property.
Surveillance cameras are at all entrances of the house in plain sight. Tampering with surveillance cameras is strictly prohibited.
