The room is bright. Great for studying and hanging out. Great outdoor barbeque area. The room is one of the nicest in the house, lots of privacy - large windows, hardwood floors, blackout up/down shades, a good-sized closet.

Rent includes full house access, large porches, in-house laundry, central heat/AC, and a maid every two weeks cleaning your bathroom! :) Parking on street (negotiable). City charges a yearly $15 street parking fee in Old East Davis.

Roomies:
Me - I work in IT and teach German. A fulltime 6-year-old Minecraft freak :) is here parttime - 3 to 4 nights a week, and is in school during the day. We have an affectionate dog.

Location and Walk/Bike Stuff:
11-minute walk / 5-minute bike ride to UC Davis
2-minute walk to downtown Davis
5-minute walk to the Davis Food Co-op
