Smoking: No smoking or vaping of any kind on the property.
Noise: This is a quiet residential home. Respectful noise levels are expected at all times.
Laundry: Washer and dryer are located in a shared laundry area. Owner access is scheduled approximately once per week with advance notice (minimum 24 hours).
Internet Access: Wi-Fi is included. The router is located within the suite; access would only be needed in rare circumstances (such as troubleshooting) and would be communicated in advance whenever possible.
Pets: Smaller well behaved dogs 35# max and/or "Considered on a case-by-case basis."]
Care of Space: Renters are expected to maintain the suite in clean, respectful condition throughout their stay.
