Seeking dedicated fellow Christians to rent this newly renovated furnished unit has new floors, appliances and paint. It currently has two adjustable beds, but could have just 1. Laundry facilities are conveniently located in the common areas of the house just outside this units back door. The eat in kitchen has a Keurig, a small air fryer, and a microwave. A 40 foot patio borders the side of the apartment and has dining and lounge seating. A large gas grill is located nearby for shared use with one other tenant. There are terraced gardens the length of the patio. The patio is private to this unit and not visible from most of the property. The house is a 4,000 sq foot 3 plex and the 59 yr old Christian female property manager resides in one unit. Located just off Lake Blvd in a small development, the property is 6 minutes from Bethel's Twin View campus and 11 minutes from its College View campus. A background check is required and $49 per applicant. A lease is required but the length of the lease is negotiable.

Utilities are divided among all tenants. It is impossible to estimate how much they are due to new appliances, and the home has never been full.

The garden is a shade garden with well established plants. As a result, weeds are few. It has an irrigation system. Maintenance would consist of deadheading roses and daisies. It may also be helpful to trim back anything that outgrows the garden beds. Property manager can be hands on with how to care fro the garden. It would be about a half hour commitment per week most weeks. If this is too much management can take it over with an additional charge of $75 a month. Helping to take garbage bins up to curb sometimes is also requested.

    "Anywhere in Redding is approx 15 minutes. Car thefts are high. Theft in general is high. Beautiful city. We moved here in 1991 and the parks were safe for kids. Now, kids come upon syringes etc. making it unsafe. The homeless problem is horrible as they steal and are at every corner begging for money. I’m so looking forward to leave this city after retirement. Mount Shasta and SHASTA lake are nearby. Mt Lassen is also close by to the East. Beautiful areas for hiking. "
