    "First Friday concerts in the amphitheater. Once a month the have a sip and stroll even. Bring in a band and you can walk around town with your drinks. People come up from Tallahassee to participate. All the restaurants are popping and the music is pretty good. "

    " The streets are nice and wide and we have a lot of dog owners in the neighborhood. There isn't much traffic so it makes it ideal for dog walking, bicycling and people walking. "
