The landlord reserves the right to not renew the lease at the end of the lease term. This home is part of a family Trust; it is possible that the house will be listed for sale at the end of the 1 year lease agreement.
At the time of move out, the security deposit is refundable upon inspection of property when the inspection shows that the property is free from damage and nothing requires repair. Tenant is responsible to set up and pay for utilities (gas, electric, water & sewer) and garbage/recycling service.
