The gated community is peaceful and well cared for the clubhouse is within walking distance and offers a variety of guest amenities for your enjoyment. As well as the community pool and spa there is a fitness center, cyber cafe with printing facilities, pool table, free wireless hot spot and arcade room. Just across from the clubhouse is a children's playground with mini golf. An abundance of shopping and dining options are in short driving distance, including a large Walmart less than a mile away. Disney is 15-20 minutes drive, Universal and Sea World to the north, and Legoland to the south, are approximately a 30 minutes drive. For the keen golfers, Highlands Reserve, Championsgate and Orange County are all nearby.
