"Dogs are welcome if owners would just use poop bags and take the bags to a trash can. I’m a dog owner and we have a good life here "
  • Danaray
"Cosmic Coffee is a 5 minute walk for happy hour, by way of the pond. We also walk to Crux to workout and co-work. The neighbors are friendly and the oak trees offer wonderful shade in the summer. Our little neighborhood also features many little groves of orange trees. Extra wide bike lanes lead to the grocery store and all the fun shops and eateries on South Congress/South 1st. "
  • Vince M.
"Always walking around the area with my dog, people are friendly and it’s quiet. South first is busy and has traffic all day, but it’s easy to get out of town on 290 which is ver convenient . Lots empty plots around but nit much new on the market."
  • Vince M.
"South 1st is really busy and the schools are the only parks in the area. Side roads are quiet and people are friendly "
  • Ambika A.
"I do not know of community events. It’s special because of the small businesses in the area, the friendliness of neighbors, the quirky but maintained houses. I would like to go to more community events if I knew of them."
