Beautiful 2-bedroom apartment located a stone's throw away from Mount Sanitas on Mapleton Hill. Spacious and sunny rooms, storage, on-site laundry shared with one other tenant, fenced in yard, landscaping included. This location is quiet, convenient, walkable and bike-able. This space would be ideal for a two roommates (if one roommate is looking for a significantly larger room than the other), a couple/individual who would like a living room and office, two offices, or a room for themselves and a child.

This is a lease take-over through mid-July with the possibility to re-new. Pets will be determined with the landlord (not myself).
