First month and deposit required at signing. 1 year lease term minimum. Owner pays for water and garbage. Renter responsible for all other utilities. Renters insurance strongly preferred. Co-signers acceptable if credit score is limiting.

    "I work in Martinez about 6 minutes away by car and 37 minutes walking, soooooo itā€™s easy. Highway 4 East is often a nightmare but you can usually get to 680 without getting stuck as long as itā€™s not between noon and 5pm"
