The condo is fully equipped with stainless steel stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, inside laundry closet with washer and dryer hookups, central heat and A/C. The monthly rate is $1900. Included with the monthly rate are association dues, water, sewage, and trash. One year lease and $1,000 security deposit required.

The owner pays for the HOA dues, water, trash collection, sewer. The tenant pays for electricity and gas. The unit is two story. Small pets are accepted. It is the tenant's responsibility to maintain the back yard space. The security deposit is $1000 and there is a 1 year lease, after the first year the rental agreement goes to a month to month basis.

    "This neighborhood is well lit for the most part at night. Everyone keeps their yard maintained. We have families and homeowners of all ages and all are active in walking through the neighborhood, riding bicycles and walking their dogs. Our neighborhood is quiet and without drama. I feel safe walking around at night. The only major complaint I have about the neighborhood I live in now, is that vehicles have a tendency to not realize how fast they going intentionally or not it can be frustrating. All in all I love living here. The elementary school is just a few blocks away for my son to attend and for my daughter to catch the bus. That is another fantastic perk about this neighborhood, the public transportation, MAXX bus is literally just around the corner!! I live within walking distance of two different parks. I am close to the shopping center, pharmacy, retail stores and almost every type and kind of fast food you could imagine."
