Description

This property is no longer available to rent or to buy. This description is from February 14, 2024
Check out this 4BR, 3.5BA gem tucked in Desert Sands—right where you want to be! Downstairs, the main bedroom has a closet you could get lost in. Upstairs, the junior suite's set up sweet for family or friends with its own bath.

The living space? It's all open—kitchen, living, and dining—ready for your weekend BBQs and a big spread. And hey, no nosy neighbors peeking into your backyard—just open skies.

The loft's a real bonus, too. Turn it into whatever you need—kids' corner, a spot to pump some iron, or a quiet office to get stuff done. Kitchen's a winner with room to move and tons of cupboards.

Laundry day's a breeze with a room that's got space to spare. Living here means you're a hop, skip, and a jump from 375 and Montana, not to mention close to the new Army hospital and the post. Need a quick break? Two parks are just a stone's throw away. And yes, it's zone SISD. Ready to make a move? This place is waiting for you. Don't wait!

"Most dog walkers are friendly and respectful picking up after their dogs. The neighborhood works well together when an owners dog gets loose. We have beautiful parks, mountains with great trails for walking. There are dog groomers and pet stores available. So many neighbors have picked up stray dogs, brought them to get checked for a chip so that they can be reunited with their families."
