Charming Victorian 2 bedroom home, well kept and upgraded with new appliances, tile and newer carpets, vinyl flooring and tub shower combo bath house. Added laundry / storage on back of house with both washer and dryer included.
Approx. 1230 sq feet home with a nice yard shared out back for kids and shade.
Park up to 2 vehicles right behind the rear entrance laundry / mud room room. Lawns are shaded on the shared area as the house is part of a larger complex. We mow the lawns and plow the parking.
Close to schools, shopping, and access to down town with the Bountiful Rec Center being 5 min up the road. Great location for work at home, professional singles or small families. We allow 1 cat lease if its proven to be house broken and in house kept, with added pet deposit and fee. There is a discount for a single Lady with 1 cat having a good rental history.
A counter top Microwave is included in the this lease for the tenants use.
Range and Dishwasher are 1 year old.
