Before I put time and money into updating it to list it at full price in March, I'm listing it "as is" first in case someone is interested in making it their own. Just passed the updated code inspection earlier this year as required when new renters take possession.
Based on the estimated values from Zillow/Redfin/Realtor, looks like they range from about $105k up to $149k ($134k as the current Zestimate). It does need some work and my "as is" price reflects that. It has great bones to work with and will go fast once I update it and list it with an agent in March. Don't miss your opportunity to get it sooner and make it your own!
If you are looking for a house to make your own with a huge yard in town, right next to the new police station, a nice detached garage, a fenced-in yard, established trees with nice shade, friendly neighbors, and in Roxana schools, this could be it! Within walking distance of schools, parks, Roxana pool, the theater, and the ice cream shop! The finished attic, full basement, and fenced-in double lot set this house apart!
