This trendy townhome is full of modern amenities, and tons of bright Colorado sunshine! The large open concept kitchen and dining area caters toward home chefs, featuring a gas cooktop, specialty cookware and appliances. The kitchen has everything you need to cook a yummy meal at home, and includes specialty items like an Instant Pot and Vitamix blender. A vacuum, ironing board, iron, starter toiletries (toilet paper & paper towels), and cleaning supplies are also included for your extended stay. All utilities are included, including super fast gigabit Wi-Fi, and there is a washer & dryer in the unit.

Remote workers can seamlessly plug-in in the dedicated office space complete with two standing desks and monitors. The bedrooms each have a king-size bed and room darkening shades with their own full bathroom. The master bed features a Zero G reclining bed frame, fully adjustable to different levels of lounging. An additional bed can be found on the queen-size pullout couch in the living room, sleeping 6 guests total. Get your workout in with full use of the garage gym featuring free weights, TRX style pull-up bar with attachments, Plyo boxes & a hang board. Continue sweating it out in the rooftop cedar barrel sauna for the ultimate health retreat. Relax in the iconic Eames chair in the main living room, or on the rooftop taking in views of downtown Denver & the mountains!

Your new extended stay is in the prime location of Denver's Sunnyside neighborhood, centrally located in Denver. It has quick access to everything you need and want - step out the front door and explore the numerous restaurant and bar options within walking distance! Walk just 10 minutes south down Tejon Street, to all that the popular LoHi neighborhood has to offer. Bordering the neighborhood to the north, Interstate-70 is less than 2 minutes away for effortlessly getting to/from DEN airport, or to the mountains! Also minutes away, Interstate-25 provides easy access north or south of Denver's core.

The entire home is yours to enjoy during your stay. Any locked doors or locked storage areas are off-limits.

- This is a 29-day or more, or month-to-month fully furnished rental for your extended stay needs!

- This is an attached townhome community with other residents, please respect the common areas and neighbors by honoring quiet hours from 10pm-6am.
- For non-emergency issues, we do not send maintenance to the property during your stay, only after you depart.
- There are no refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/acts of god or other things that are beyond our control.
- Cleaning fee is in addition to rent, and 100% goes to our cleaner.
- If you have pets, there is an additional monthly fee.
- No parties or loud gatherings.
- No smoking or vaping on or in property.
- Any locked doors or locked storage areas are off-limits.
- Please remember you are staying in our home, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect & remove outdoor shoes at entryways.
Applicant has the right to provide the landlord with a Portable Tenant Screening Report (PTSR), as defined in §38-12-902(2.5), Colorado Revised Statutes; and 2) if Applicant provides the landlord with a PTSR, the landlord is prohibited from: a) charging Applicant a rental application fee; or b) charging Applicant a fee for the landlord to access or use the PTSR. The landlord may limit acceptance of PTSRs to those that are not more than 30 days old. Confirm PTSR requirements directly with the landlord.

It benefits from a long history with many small retail areas sprinkled throughout that will no doubt grow over the next few years. Walking through the area is pleasant and very friendly for pets. It is a short walk to lovely areas like 32nd and Tejon or 32nd and Zuni. Keep an eye on 44th and Tejon... its going to be hot soon. "
