Description

This is a unit on the second floor that is newly remodeled. You do have the option top take the stairs but we also have elevator access. It is a very spacious two bedroom two bath unit. With mini splits in the living room and each bedroom to cool and warm up the units. This unit does include all stainless steal appliances, such as refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and stove. this unit also has two covered parking spaces. This is an all electric building so need to worry about an extra gas bill, and you also get to enjoy our onsite pool. We accept cats and small dogs for an extra pet deposit and monthly fee.

    "I’ve lived in this neighborhood for 6 years. It’s pretty quiet and it seems most people like to keep to themselves and not cause a ruckus. I run around 8-9pm in the dark and generally feel pretty safe. The thing you most likely have to lookout for are the coyotes. Other than that, I enjoy living in the neighborhood and it seems like it’s safe enough that parents don’t mind letting their kids out to play."
