Carport for your vehicle with washroom/storage room. No smoking inside and pets considered with extra deposit. Home has window A/C units for cooling ( 1 is also a heater) and natural gas space heater. Tenant is responsible for all utilities & maintaining the yard. Pictures are from past tenants. Property will be available to lease as early as 8-1-25, after minor repairs are made.
I do not accept Zillow applications or background checks. I will provide a application after we meet & tour the property. I do my own qualifying process which includes background checks, credit checks, sufficient income of 3X rent, Employment history, eviction history, reference checks & number of occupants for which there is a non refundable $65 fee.
I accept pets (non aggressive breeds) after a non refundable deposit of $350 for first pet & $500 for the second pet, maximum 2 pets. Renters insurance is also required.
