The community is in an excellent school district, close to Forestbrook elementary and middle schools, and within walking distance to the MB Christian School, plus the newly built Pine Island elementary school on Ron Mcnair Blvd.

Bedroom 1 - The master bedroom is located on first floor on backside of home with lake view, and has a large and beautiful ensuite master bath w/a full tile walk in shower, double sink, private toilet with door, a linen closet, and a large walk-in closet.

Bedroom 2 The 2nd bedroom is located on the 2nd floor and has ensuite full bath and closet.

Bedroom 3 The 3rd bedroom is located on 2nd floor and has a walk-in closet, and a private sink and shares the jack and jill bathroom with bedroom 4.

The beautiful and large living room has a gas fire place & 25' vaulted ceiling and is part of the kitchen and dining area.

The Kitchen has an extra large island with granite counter that allows seating up to six individuals, a farm sink with garbage disposal, an extra-large upgraded stainless LG refrigerator with filtered water and ice dispenser, stainless steel appliances, a large walk in food pantry, and is next to the large dining room.

The large dining room is next to the kitchen and has views of the lake.

A screened in back porch with attached exterior patio is located near the great room to provide clear views of the lake.

The three (3) car garage allows access to full size vehicles and contains a utility sink, and provides entry to the home thru a wonderful mud room with bench, coat hang, and cubbies for eight pair of shoes or storage.

The laundry room is located in the mudroom and has storage cabinets.

The homes hot water is heated via a gas tankless water heater, which provides an endless supply of hot water for the large family home.

The second floor has a large family room or children's play area with outside balcony overlooking the front yard.

The home rental has ceiling fans and window blinds in all rooms, central HVAC, inground irrigation system, and includes weekly trash pickup. The first floor, food pantry, and stairs are LVP (hardwood), and the 2nd floor is carpeted. All bathrooms and laundry room have tile floor.

Last, the community has an excellent amenity center clubhouse with a large pool, fitness room, and can be rented for parties.

The home is centrally located in Myrtle Beach and is very close to all major attractions. A ten-minute drive can take you to the beach, Broadway at the Beach, Coastal Grand Mall, MB International Airport, CCU or HGTC, Tanger Outlets, and many more points of interest. And, being located at the intersection of 501 and 31 provides easy transportation to the south or north grand strand.

    "Love Arrowhead. Great neighbors, HOA, and especially quick and easy commute to everything without the hustle and bustle. I can be at the mall, movie theater, restaurants, gas stations, grocery, hardware, pharmacy, and everything I need via back roads in under 8 minutes. Not to mention family and friends enjoy the convenient pool and well outfitted and maintained rec center with us. This year they put in Pickleball courts. It's a peaceful and quiet respite but a quick drive to Rts 17, 30, 544 and 501 if I wander. "

They definitely foster a sense of community for residents and will help any way they can to maintain and improve what residents desire for their neighborhood. The golf course is an added perk for beautiful, year round green views and assures there is no flooding with fountains, ponds, and the expertly graded and landscaped areas enveloping the stress free living here. It's not located in the busy city of Myrtle Beach and is a quick and ez drive to the ocean."
