The first month's rent, in full, will be due later on at the time of the agreed-upon lease start date.
The second month's rent will be prorated accordingly and due on the 1st of the second month.

This home has a Mini Split Unit Installed for Heating and Air, and is on Septic. Please note that any stoppages or clogs will be the tenant's responsibility during the lease. Be careful what goes down all drains.
Basic Home Internet via T-Mobile and a Streaming Device are both Included with Rent. Any higher speeds or additional services needed or desired will be the tenant's responsibility. Please call your Internet or TV providers ahead of time to make sure they can and will serve this address. The owner collects all mail from the property's single-locking mailbox and delivers and places any personal mail for the tenant in the box located on the guest home unit. If the tenant wishes to set up an off-site PO Box or another mode of mail collection for themselves, this is up to them and at their own expense.
A Renter's Insurance Policy will be required on behalf of the tenant/s residing in the home. And owners and/or mgmt will be required to be listed as an additionally noted/insured party on the policy.
Please note the owner or us as the mgmt. may require a few extra days before the scheduled move-in date for a final once-over cleaning and wipe-down detail of the home to be performed.
