About this House

This 3 bed, 2.5 bath, 2 car garage, new construction townhome in Solana, Durham comes in hot on a large east-facing corner lot and stays bright in a way that feels almost too perfect. The foyer gives a soft hello before the whole first floor opens up into a bright, upgraded space that feels like it has its life together. LV plank flooring keeps everything clean. The kitchen sets the tone with white, light-catching cabinets, a granite island with pendant lights, stainless steel appliances, and a pantry that says yes to organization. The back patio adds an easy little outdoor moment for morning coffee or post-work decompressing. Hardwood stairs with open banisters lead you up to the second level. The secondary bedrooms are carpeted and cozy, and one connects directly to the shared bathroom which gives it a cute guest suite situation. The laundry room includes a washer and dryer so you're not out here hauling baskets around the universe. Double doors open into the primary suite which brings the glow-up energy with a large walk-in closet, double sink vanity, glass stall shower with a bench, natural sunlight doing the absolute most, and a separate water closet for privacy. (Cover for light being replaced) Solana brings the community perks with zero hesitation. You get a fenced swimming pool, a clubhouse with a covered patio and seating for those spontaneous snack sessions, a fitness studio, a dog park, and pocket parks sprinkled throughout the neighborhood. Lawn care, cable TV, and internet are included in the rent, which is the kind of grown-up win that never gets old. The location is putting in work. Brier Creek Commons and WakeMed Brier Creek Healthplex are about 5 miles away. Duke Medical Plaza at Brier Creek sits around 6 miles out. Downtown Durham is roughly 8 miles away. RDU is about 9 miles from the front door. Research Triangle Park is around 10 miles or close to a 20 minute drive. Streets at Southpoint Mall is about 14 miles from the community. The base schools for this address are Spring Valley Elementary, Neal Middle School, and Southern High School, according to Durham Public Schools assignment data. Rental requirements include a minimum credit score of 625, verifiable income of at least 2.5x the monthly rent, pass background check, and no prior evictions. • Trulia User
"It is a well established community that is weathering the storm that afflicts a city in sudden sporadic growth We will weather this storm and any other . This place is called Home to many whom have lived here through Three or more generations and many newcomers who chose to make this place their new home. I wish I could find an appropriate rental here. I am on the edge in a house I have afforded to live in for twenty-nine yrs. The house was recently sold and I find that I may be under the bridge at age 79 due to so-called gentrification . Durham is known for undermining it's citizens in the name of progress. It's a backhanded way of doing things but it will come out alright because the so-called little people come together when they realize what is happening."
  • Trulia User
"This is traditionally a family friendly neighborhood however the city of Durham is rapidly growing. "
  • Trulia User
"New elementary school coming soon! Nice area with good neighbors. Being in the middle if the triangle area gives great access to many activities and areas."
  • Trulia User
"I commute by private auto (mine)! There are no bus stops or traffic lights off the main thoroughfare. The only sidewalks are on the main thoroughfare!"
  • Trulia User
"I drive it is convenient to Raleigh, Morrisville, chapel hill and downtown Durham . It is close to all the major highways "
  • Trulia User
"Very bike-friendly if you work within the beltway. I drive to work in another town. Easy and enjoyable."
