About this House

In excellent, move in condition. Bright and airy with vaulted ceilings, wood floors and new carpet and vinyl throughout, fresh paint throughout interior. New kitchen appliances are on the agenda to be installed as are fencing and landscaping. Original cabinets and windows have been repaired to like new.
This masonry home sits on a beautiful corner lot in the Groveview Village community, about 1/2 mile east of the Sunrail station on Lake Mary Blvd. There is a community park and tennis courts within walking distance.
All systems work properly with HVAC replaced in 2001, water heater in 2010. All working properly and recently serviced. The roofing was replaced in 2005. Most of the yard is wood fenced and there is a 8'x10' utility bldg. included.
Large screened porch in back with new screening installed that's as tight as a drum! The two car garage has the original door that works properly and has two remotes.
