6/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThis school's reputation is far worse than it should be. These teachers and coaches pour into these children. They go over and beyond for them. My oldest just completed 7th grade and the academics are challenging and are in line with the remainder of this great county of school's. I had a lot of worries about Huntington when my zone changed, but it has been great for my student. I truly recommend that you try it before you go off of what you hear.Other Review10mo ago - Hilltop Elementary School

9/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageHilltop Elementary to me in a terrible environment. The school and teachers expect the children to be silent and learn on their own with no engagement. The system they use which is class dojo have the children on edge, every single move the child makes is recorded on class dojo and the children have to defend why they crossed their legs in class when the teacher didn't say so. It is not effective or productive especially not with children with learning disabilities or ADHD. The school also favors certain students and family and in my opinion is very racist although the Principle is African American. Children with behavior problems are constantly picked on and harrassed by the teachers instead of possibly getting a referral to the counselor for a conversation or evaluation. THese are PK-5th graders and the expectation is beyond ridiculous, my son would come home crying everyday that the teacher is accusing him of things although it was another student. Unfortunately in this town you cannot even switch your child to another school , so basically you deal with the horrible staff and teachers or home school.Parent Review5mo ago - Veterans High School

7/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageVeteran's High School boasts excellence but the administration fails to set the tone. The administration made up all sorts of excuses for why my child was not getting their educational needs met with their 504 that was on file. I was constantly emailing and calling with little to no response. The teachers are good, I will give them that. However, administration needs a complete overhaul. It is very disappointing.Parent Review11mo ago - Check out schools near 400 Feagin Mill Rd.

"They don’t allow pets at all, no exceptions on sizes, breeds or types, no cats or dogs. If you love in with an animal, and they find out, they will charge a HUGE pet fee, and will not allow you to move in to any other rentals they may have available at the time. Also getting deposits back from the rental company is a long and difficult process."
- Larry T. J.

"It is in the center of the state and well known as a great city to raise kids (not too small or too big). Warner Robins is great for retired workers and or military yet a growing college environment for the youth."

"I moved here from out of state. It’s a different kind of town in that many people come and go due to the military base. It’s not a bad town but a little bit too conservative for me. "
