Beautiful 20 acres with lots of trees, could have bigger mountain views with some trees removed.. Echo Creek flows through property, with permitted bridge across the creek.Home was moved on the property the1980's . This home may not be repairable. There is mold and dry rot in crawl space, roof leaks and has mold. Remarkable stained glass windows and wonderful antique balusters in the house. Large 1300 sq ft out building, walls and most of ceiling insulated with particle board up. There are two separate rooms and a half bath in building.
