Horses are welcome. The property has fenced pasture, a holding pen, and a loafing shed. The 9 acres are fully yours to use, with a white 3-rail fence around the property. Photos may show horses, but none currently live on site.

Note: The basement apartment on the property is occupied by long term tenants. Tenants have use of the house and surrounding acreage. The shop and the basement apartment/garage are not included.

Due to allergies, NO Household Pets (non-negotiable) free roaming chickens and rabbits live on property.
