About this House

Nice two-bedroom one-bath condo in Townsend for rent. The bedrooms are the same size. The unit also has a large laundry room with cabinets on the opposite wall. I will have one lower unit available 09/15/25 and an upper unit available 10/15/25. Nice quiet area in Townsend with on street parking in front of the complex (two spaces). Each unit has a small storage unit on the property, note picture. Rent is $950 with a year lease. Landlord pays the, City of Townsend water, trash and sewer fees. Tenant is responsible for the electric. This is a smoke free property, both inside and out; no smoking anywhere on the property. Renters insurance is required. This is an average sized condo that is good for a couple with no more than two small children. No more than 4 individuals will be allowed to live in the condo. No pets. Once someone is interested in the unit, I will make arrangements to view it. After the unit has been viewed, if the person is interested I will provide them with an application at that time

Landlord pay water, sewer and trash. Tenant pays electric.

My daughter had a wonderful education here from k-2nd grade (we moved.) She was challenged, expected to do her best, and honestly loved her teachers and the staff. We've since moved away, and miss the relationship with her teachers. Living in a larger city makes it more difficult for teachers to connect with children, and in Townsend there are no limitations!
